A Deep Thought

Well, I was sitting in Starbucks with my uncle who is a pretty cool dude. I just had the thought, why am I here in Starbucks? Well it’s because I’m a consumer, and my uncle is a consumer. But more importantly they provide a service and a product to us that is convienient. The reason we have Starbucks is because they can provide this service and product to us for a price that is apparently reasonable to us, and we don’t have to have to go through the work of making/doing this ourself. So then this structure is providing for our chaos. Each society has a structure, and sub-structures of that structure, so on and so forth. All of these structures to fit the needs of mankind, and to make things easier on us. And the chaos is the unknown, what we usually fear, how much is my next check going to be? Who is this scary man walking down the street towards me? The point is, there is chaos and structure that build up a society. The more chaos there is, the more structure is put in. So really when you think about it, chaos is the building block of society, everything is built around and for controlling that. The declaration of independance, religion, poilice stations, coffee chops. We all fear the unknown and unexpected, but I say thats the best part about life is having room to learn and grow, and doing that on a day to day basis. Chaos gives us room to grow and learn, while structure provides the means to doing this in the most efficient way.
