The Verizon Experience

The first thing I have to say is WOW. Okay, so Wednesday night my phone craps out on me and I gotta get it fixed because I’m expecting important people to call/text me. My phone wasn’t able to be fixed so I had to switch over to an older phone that one of my parents previously had. So I go into Verizon around 9, aka closing time. This guy, a worker, named Jason, was there and willing to help me before he closed up. Well during the switching of phone to phone I notice that there are some people there taking the phones off of their cords and putting them in a bag, but they didn’t look like workers. So I asked them, “Are you customers?” And one of the gentlemen reply, “No I’m Jason’s ex.” So this points out that they are all gay, which I really don’t care about. Gay people don’t really freak me out until they hit on me. Anyways, during the transaction there is the transfer of pictures and contacts… BING! I realize that I have some rather, personal pictures of myself on there if you know what I mean. And it ends up that Jason says, “OH!” Already I know, he has seen my beef noodle. He then looks at me and says, “Very nice…” and just smiles at me. I thought this was hilarious, and I’m pretty open about my body so I didn’t care that much. And then his ex wanted to see, and I’m like well Jason already saw it so what the hell ever. Then of course they ask me if I’m straight, and I let them know I have a girlfriend. Then he tries programming the phone, and this phone has no sound what so ever. BAH!! But no worries, I have a phone at home that I know works and I can switch to, so I call my mom and get the serial number that he needs, and he taught me how to program my phone so that I may go home and do it myself. After I program my phone, he texts me to make sure it works correctly. Yes it does, it does everything I need it to. Basically we were texting back and forth about verizon stuff, and then he texts me that he’s going to the casino, and invites me. But I’m not 21, I’m not even 18 yet. So then keeps texting me more and more casual conversation, he turns out to be really cool and nice. But I don’t know if I would like to talk to him outside of Verizon, I’m kind of worried that he may be trying to convert me. I hear they take pride in that shit. I don’t even know what to do now lol. So the moral of the story is, DON’T KEEP PERSONAL PICTURES ON YOUR PHONE! lol.
