About Me
Well I can start from the beginning. My name is Finedragon. I got into gaming a little late in the game so my gaming history doesn’t go back too far.
My first gaming rig was a Toshiba Laptop. It was at the time a decent gaming rig but not a beast by no means but it played the latest games. My first online game I played was back in 1993 Vietcong developed by PTERODON. I played hours among hours of this game. Vietcong 2 wasn’t nearly as good though. Vietcong is what started my online gaming
After Vietcong, several of guys from work were getting into Unreal Tournament 2004 developed by Epic Games. The owner of my company I work for started a dedicated server here at work and we played hours and hours of this game. In a little over a years time I put in well over 600 solid hours of this game. To me UT2K4 is the best game ever developed in it’s time. Unfortunately that is not the case for UT3
Well after UT2K4 came F.E.A.R. developed by Monolith Productions. F.E.A.R. was a game that came very close to UT2K4 as far as one of those great games. I played several hundred hours in it and F.E.A.R. is where this clan originally came from. I started playing F.E.A.R. Combat which was the free version. I hosted a server at home for 16 players and it was full every night, all night. It was a DM server with a lot of custom maps. I met some guys from {GOG} which stood for Grumpy Old Gamers. They were a nice group of people. They weren’t a competing clan but more of a community of gamers. After a month or so of me helping with their servers and forums, they made me an admin. The clan had been around for a long time but had split before I was there and half the clan started a new one called RnR which stood for Rock n Roll Gamers. They were a nice group of people but a few of the admins just had a falling out.
{GOG} died out when most of the admins and members RL got too busy to game. One of the members Miss. Bitch had left and met some new people over at SiN which stood for Strength in Numbers. Over there I met some nice people like Tyrael. I was never a member of SiN but I hung out over on their site a lot. Shortly after I started hanging out there SiN collapsed.
Some of the members joined a clan TH| which stands for Techna’s House. Ran by of course Techna. TH was a great clan. They were real competitive and had several very good players. After playing with them for a while I decided to tryout for their clan. After a nerve racking tryout they accepted me.
I was with TH for several months. After a while I was asked to be an admin along side Noobina since Techna was busy and needed some people to run his clan. Noobina and I led TH for a while until some unfortunate events occured between Techna and defiance as well as Noobina and I. We were angry with Techna and could no longer be a part of a clan where we are not respected for all our hard work. Noobina and I had a conversation later that night and we both had the idea of starting our own clan. That is how Constant Mayhem Society was born.
After Noobina and I started CMS I have since then been playing games like TF2, COD4, L4D. I am anxiosly awaiting MW2. Our clan has grown quite a bit and it keeps us busy. I have a wife and a son. Actually my son was born on the same day CMS was born! I have a full time job as a systems specialists where I program, install, train, and support customers for a Microsoft Business Product. I am also the department manager over the Microsoft product. I am 28 years old born on January 24th, 1981.
